A Review Before Bed Aids Memory

Does your teen have a big test tomorrow? Of course, your student should study and prepare for it. But there's one more thing your teen can do to boost memory of the material. Encourage your teen to look over the most important information one more time just before bed.

It isn’t necessary to spend a long time on this final review—just 10 or 12 minutes should be enough. During sleep, your teen’s brain will keep thinking about what it has just reviewed. Tomorrow, your teen will likely find it's easier to remember for the test.
